‘Matilda the Musical’ tickets available through May 2023

The 20th children’s cast joins the West End production in March 2022.

There’s even more time to see the “Revolting Children” in action! Matilda the Musical will play an extended booking period at the Cambridge Theatre to 28 May 2023, and Matilda the Musical tickets are on sale now.

Matilda the Musical will also welcome the twentieth set of children’s cast to the West End production from 22 March. The young performers in the Matilda the Musical cast include Hari Aggarwal, Aydin Ahmed, Thommy Bailey Vine, Tilly-Raye Bayer, Sienna Clarke, Kylan Denis, Drew Edwards, Robyn Elwell, Rory Finnegan, Alexander Fitzgerald, Rosie Gell-Marquez, Rudy Gibson, Isla Gie, Beth Gilmour, Gracie Hodson-Prior, Rafferty Ison, Isabella Jonsson, Darcy Kelly, Maisie Mardle, Joshua Moabi, Keanna-Skye O’Quinn, Bella Perdoni, Chancé Quaye, Scarlett Jayne Rackham, Bren Reilly, Niamh Ritchie, Jacob Savva, Jayden Seder and Ethan Sokontwe.

The Matilda the Musical adult cast is led by Elliot Harper as Miss Trunchbull and Carly Thoms as Miss Honey. Sebastien Torkia plays Mr Wormwood, joined by Annette McLaughlin as Mrs Wormwood, Landi Oshinowo as Mrs Phelps, Matt Krzan as Rudolpho, Connor Lewis as Michael Wormwood, and an ensemble including Liberty Buckland, Georgia Carling, Roger Dipper, Katrina Dix, Kate Kenrick, Ben Kerr, Tom Mather, Bryan Mottram, Kane Oliver Parry, Ryan Pidgen, James Revell, Gemma Scholes and Dawn Williams.

Based on the Roald Dahl novel of the same name, Matilda the Musical follows the titular child as she uses her powerful mind to help save the day at her school, Crunchem Hall. Find out more about Matilda the Musical in London.

A new film adaptation of Matilda, which is inspired by the stage adaptation, will be released on 2 Dec. 2022. Emma Thompson will play Miss Trunchbull and BAFTA Rising Star winner Lashana Lynch will play Miss Honey.

Matilda the Musical is written by Dennis Kelly, with music and lyrics by Tim Minchin and developed and directed by Matthew Warchus. The creative team includes scenic design by Rob Howell, choreography by Peter Darling, lighting by Hugh Vanstone and sound by Simon Baker.

Matilda the Musical is at the Cambridge Theatre.
