Paul Whitehouse to return to Only Fools and Horses as musical extends

Paul Whitehouse is set to return to the West End production of Only Fools and Horses the Musical as the show extends its run in London a further two months.
Whitehouse wrote the musical with Jim Sullivan, the son of the TV show's creator John Sullivan, and starred featured in the original West End cast of the musical when it opened in February of this year. The comedian plays Grandad, a role made famous by Lennard Pearce in the BBC sitcom, and will return to the production from 6th January 2020.
Only Fools and Horses has also extended its run at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, and is booking until the end of April. Tickets for the extension go on sale at 10am on 1st November.
On his return to the show, Whitehouse said he was "delighted" to be returning to the production, adding: "It has been a real honour to watch the success of the show grow since the very beginning. The show has received an incredible amount of love from fans since it opened at the Theatre Royal Haymarket back in February and to hear it's been extended again for a third time is music to all of our ears."
The musical features a score written with Chas Hodges of Chas and Dave, the duo who composed the classic theme tune to the TV show which starred David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst throughout the 1980s.
Only Fools and Horses the Musical is booking at the Theatre Royal Haymarket until 25th April 2020.
